Ingredients
- Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Bread
- 8 slices of tomato
- 12 slices Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Bread
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
- Lettuce
- 12 slices Plant Based Bacon
- 2 avocados thinly sliced
Directions
- Very lightly toast bread slices
- Evenly spread mayonnaise on 3 slices of bread per sandwich
- Place a slice of l Swiss cheese on slice of bread
- Cover cheese with lettuce and 2 tomato slices
- Place 3 slices of plant based bacon over tomatoes
- Spread mayonnaise on bottom side of middle piece of bread.
- Cover bread with 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Cover cheese with slices of avocado
- Place 3rd slice of bread on top and cut sandwich on diagonal.
