Avocado Club Sandwich


  • Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Bread
  • 8 slices of tomato
  • 12 slices Aunt Millie’s Live Carb Smart Bread
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices mild cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce
  • 12 slices Plant Based Bacon
  • 2 avocados thinly sliced


  1. Very lightly toast bread slices
  2. Evenly spread mayonnaise on 3 slices of bread per sandwich
  3. Place a slice of l Swiss cheese on slice of bread
  4. Cover cheese with lettuce and 2 tomato slices
  5. Place 3 slices of plant based bacon over tomatoes
  6. Spread mayonnaise on bottom side of middle piece of bread.
  7. Cover bread with 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  8. Cover cheese with slices of avocado
  9. Place 3rd slice of bread on top and cut sandwich on diagonal.
