Fall Roast Beef Melt

Ingredients


  • Aunt Millie's Seeded Rye Bread
  • 8 slices of thinly sliced deli style roast beef
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 8 slices Aunt Millie’s Rye Bread
  • 16 thin slices of favorite apple variety
  • ½ c. Apple Butter Mayonnaise*

Directions


  1. Lightly Toast Aunt Millie’s Rye Bread
  2. Spread Apple Butter Mayonnaise* on both pieces of Aunt Millie’s Rye Bread
  3. Cover bottom with 4 apple slices
  4. Cover apples with 2 slices roast beef (more as needed)
  5. Cover roast beef with 2 slices Swiss cheese
  6. Place open face sandwich in broiler or toaster oven until cheese is melted
  7. Cover with top piece of bread, cut on diagonal and serve.

*Apple Butter Mayonnaise

  • ¼ c. mayonnaise
  • ¼ c. apple butter


Directions

Place ingredients in small mixing bowl and mix thoroughly
