Fall Roast Beef Melt

Ingredients
- Aunt Millie's Seeded Rye Bread
- 8 slices of thinly sliced deli style roast beef
- 8 slices Swiss Cheese
- 8 slices Aunt Millie’s Rye Bread
- 16 thin slices of favorite apple variety
- ½ c. Apple Butter Mayonnaise*
Directions
- Lightly Toast Aunt Millie’s Rye Bread
- Spread Apple Butter Mayonnaise* on both pieces of Aunt Millie’s Rye Bread
- Cover bottom with 4 apple slices
- Cover apples with 2 slices roast beef (more as needed)
- Cover roast beef with 2 slices Swiss cheese
- Place open face sandwich in broiler or toaster oven until cheese is melted
- Cover with top piece of bread, cut on diagonal and serve.
*Apple Butter Mayonnaise
- ¼ c. mayonnaise
- ¼ c. apple butter
