Helen’s Scramble Burgers

This recipe comes from our friend Dr. Tailgate, whose mother-in-law gave everyone a timeout from turkey with a big batch of sloppy joes, plus buns from Aunt Millie's.

Ingredients
- Aunt Millie’s Dinner Rolls
- 2 lbs ground meat (beef, pork or turkey)
- 12 oz favorite BBQ Sauce
- ¼ c. chili powder
- ½ c. diced onions
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Aunt Millie’s Sliced Dinner Rolls
Directions
- Brown meat in medium heat skillet
- Add onions to soften.
- Add chili Powder
- Stir in BBQ sauce
- Serve on Aunt Millie’s Dinner Rolls.
- Top with sliced dill pickles and raw onion.
- Add pickled jalapeno slices for the bold.
- A light touch of yellow mustard to top bun also adds a little extra snap!
